REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

Your registration is considered definitive as soon as we receive it. We will send you written notification to attend, together with a bill, which may serve as a simplified training agreement, provided that the beneficiary of the training has made sure that the relevant paying organisation will pay for the training. In the event that the organisation will not pay for the training, the participant is responsible for paying the entire sum. By completing and returning the registration form to us, the participant expresses full agreement with these general terms and conditions.

THE REGISTRATION FEE includes access to the conference, coffee breaks, lunch and presentation texts. Participants must pay the registration fee prior to the day of the conference.
On the day of the conference, the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to registered participants who have not yet paid, and full payment may still be required of them.
Cancellation Policy:
If unable to attend, participants may designate someone to replace them. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation requests postmarked less than 15 days prior to the date of the conference will not be honoured. Cancellation requests postmarked 15 days or more prior to the date of the conference are eligible for a refund, subject to an administrative fee of E180 (excl. taxes). The organisers of the conference reserve the right to change the programme, should circumstances require, without compensation for the participants.
